The Management of Apator SA submits as follows:

-       current content and content of suggested amendments in the Statutes of Apator SA
-       draft of the unified content of the Statutes

Legal basis: § 38 para 1 point 2 of the Resolution of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.
