The Management Board of Apator SA informs that it will supply integrated balancing systems ("balancing systems") as a subcontractor. They are used for balancing medium voltage substations and providing communication with remote reading meters. For that purpose, it has concluded, on market terms, cooperation agreements with ZUP Emiter sp. z o.o. and Incobex sp. z o.o. The companies will supply AMI/SG cabinets with accessories, which will be integrated by Apator SA with other equipment as balancing systems.   

The final recipient of the balancing systems is Energa - Operator SA under a non-public procedure: "Supply of integrated balancing systems". Energa - Operator SA has entered into framework agreements with ZUP Emiter sp. z o.o. and Incobex sp. z o.o. for the supply of balancing systems. 

On 14 February 2024, Apator SA received from Incobex sp. z o.o. orders for installation and delivery of balancing systems for a total amount of PLN 20.6 million with delivery dates by the end of November 2024.  

Apator SA advises that it will inform about receipt of an order from ZUP Emiter sp. z o.o. for installation and supply of balancing systems in a separate report.

Also, Apator SA notifies that orders for further deliveries of balancing systems of similar value with a delivery date until the end of 2026 are possible.
