The change at the position of the President of the Management Board of Apator S.A
The Supervisory Board of Apator SA _"Issuer"_ informs that 15th November 2017, Mr. Andrzej Szostak resigned from performing the role of the President of the Management Board – CEO, the resignation being effectuated on 15th November 2017.
At the same time, the Issuer informs that today the Supervisory Board of Apator S.A. appointed Mr. Mirosław Klepacki as the President of Board, CEO. Due to the above, Mr. Mirosław Klepacki from 16th November onwards, will not perform the function of a proxy of the Company.
Mr. Mirosław Klepacki in the period 1979-1986 studied at Politechnika Gdańska [Gdańsk University of Technology] at the faculty of electrical and controlling engineering; and in the period 2007-2012 he studied at the faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, with the major being Business Management – concluded with the Master Degree.
Mr. Mirosław Klepacki has been associated with Apator SA since 1996. Since 2010, he has been performing the function of Switchgear Director and since 2017 – also the one of a proxy of the Company Apator SA.
In 2006 - 2017 Mr. Mirosław Klepacki performed the function of the President of the Management Board of the Company Apator GmbH with the residence in Germany. Since February 2017, he has been also performing the function of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Apator Control sp. z o.o.
Mr. Mirosław Klepacki has both Polish and German citizenship. Due to the above, he is experienced and familiar with the German market.
Mr. Mirosław Klepacki is not running any business that would competitive towards the one run by Apator SA; and neither does he participate in any competitive company as a partner of civil law partnership and of partnership. He is not a member of a body of some competitive limited liability company; and neither does he participate in any competitive corporate person as a member of its body.
Mr. Mirosław Klepacki is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors, the register being run on the basis of the Act of KRS [National Court Register].
