With reference to current report no 44/2020, the Executive Board of Apator SA ("Issuer") announces that on the 15th December 2020, Apator Powogaz SA concluded with the entity from building industry the annex to the preliminary contract of sale of real property located in the centre of Poznan.

Under the annex:

• the date till the conclusion of the final sale contract of property was changed from 20th December 2020 to 25th January 2021. ,
• the deadlines for withdrawal from the contract were changed as a consequence of the change of the deadline for concluding the final agreement.

Other material terms of the contract remained unchanged.

In relation to the postponement of the date of conclusion of the final contract, the Executive Board announces that the financial effects of the transaction will be included in the consolidated statement of the Apator Group for the financial year 2021.

The Issuer reminds that the price of sale of real property is PLN 63.5 million and the estimated influence of the transaction on net result of the Apator Group will be PLN 27 million.
