The management of Apator S.A. informs that it made a decision on the choice of the offer as the most unfavourable in the tender for delivering communal 1- and 3-phase energy meters, the tender having been announced by Energa Operator S.A.

The value of the offer is 16,6 mln PLN and the realization of deliveries will be effectuated not later than 31 December 2017 with the possibility of extending the deadline till 31 June 2018.

The conditions of the tender stipulate the option right involving the possibility of increasing the volume of the order up to 20%. Due to the above, the potential maximum value of the contract is 20 mln PLN.

The participants of the tender procedure retain a right to file an appeal and thus challenge the result of this tender. Concluding a contract is supposed to take place upon any potential appellation actions.
