The Management of Apator SA informs that 13 March 2018, Apator SA received a notice that it won the tender offer ortanized by PGE Dystrybucja SA Oddział Łódź [branch in Łódź], the contract being connected with the delivery of 1- and 3-phase electricity meters for the branches of PGE Dystrybucja SA.

The value of an offer amounts to PLN 24,8 m net and the realization of the deliveries is stipulated to take place in 2018. The conditions of the tender offer provide for the right to option, which involves the possibility of increasing the volume of an order by the amount of PLN 32,5 m net with the realization of the latter deliveries in 2019. Due to the above, the overall maximum value of the contract amounts to PLN 57,3 m.

The offer given by Apator SA was the only one in this tender and that is why Management Board of Apator SA will issue a separate current report on the conclusion of this contract.
