The deadlines for periodical reports to be published in 2012 by Apator SA
Based on §103 para 1 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance on current and regular information being transferred by issuers of securities and the conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the country not being the member of EU, the Executive Board of Apator SA makes public the dates of publication of regular statements in 2012:

1. Extended consolidated quarterly statements:

for IV quarter of 2011 - 23rd February 2012 (Thursday),
for I quarter of 2012 - 15th May 2012 (Tuesday),
for III quarter of 2012 – 14th November 2012 (Wednesday).

2. Individual interim statement for the first half of 2012 - 31st August 2012 (Friday).

3. Consolidated interim statement for the first half of 2012 – 31st August 2012 (Friday).

4. Individual annual statement for 2011 - 30th April 2012 (Monday).

5. Consolidated annual statement for 2011 – 30th April 2012 (Monday).

According to §101 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance on current and regular information being transferred by issuers of securities and the conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the country not being the member of EU, the Executive Board of Apator SA made the decision on giving up the publishing of the statement for the second quarter of 2012.

At the same time according to § 83 para 1 of the above mentioned Regulation, the Executive Board of Apator S.A. declares that it will not publish longer separate individual quarterly statements and declares that it will publish extended consolidated quarterly statements with concise individual financial statement of Apator SA.

Further to the above dates of publication of regular statements, the Executive Board of Apator SA announces the following periods closed in 2012:

since 8th February of 2012 till 23rd February 2012 . (till the moment of publication of regular statement) - period closed is related to the publication of quarterly statement for IV quarter of 2011;
since 28th February 2012 till 15th May 2012 . (till the moment of publication of regular statements) - period closed is related to the publication of annual statements for the financial year of 2011 (individual and consolidated one) and quarterly statement for the I quarter of 2012;
since the 30th July 2012 till 31st August 2012 - (till the moment of publication of regular statements) - period closed is related to the publication of interim statements for the first half of 2012 (individual and consolidated one);
since the 30th October 2012 till 14th November 2012 - (till the moment of publication of regular statement) - period closed is related to the publication of quarterly statement for III quarter of 2012;

According to art. 159 and in relation to art. 156 of the act of trading with financial instruments, on the above dates the persons having access to confidential information due to position in the bodies in Apator SA, shares possessed, the access to confidential information due to employment, job being performed, contract of employment or other legal relation of the similar nature, are not allowed to purchase or sell the shares of Apator SA on own account or the third person. The prohibition concerns also derivative laws regarding shares of the issuer or instruments related, to make other legal actions on own account or the third person causing or may cause the handling of such financial instruments.
