Based on § 103 para 1 of the Resolution of Ministry of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred to the issuers of securities and conditions of the information to be considered as equivalent one required by law of the country not being the member of the EU, the Executive Board of Apator SA announces the deadlines of the issue of periodical reports in 2011:1. Extended consolidated quarterly reports:

- for IV quarter of 2010 - 24th February 2011

- for I quarter of  2011 - 16th May 2011

- for III quarter of  2011 - 15th November 2011

2. Separate semi-annual report for the first half of 2011 – 31st August 2011

3. Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2011 – 31st August 2011

4. Separate annual report for 2010 – 29th April 2011

Consolidated annual report for 2010 – 29th April 2011 According to § 101 para 2 of Ministry of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred to the issuers of securities and conditions of the information to be considered as equivalent one required by law of the country not being the member of the EU,The Executive Board of Apator SA made the decision to resign to publish the report for the II quarter of 2011.

At the same time in accordance with § 83 para 1 of the above mentioned Resolution, the Executive Board Ministry of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred to the issuers of securities and conditions of the information to be considered as equivalent one required by law of the country not being the member of the of EU, the Executive Board of Apator SA made the decision to resign to publish the report for II quarter of 2011. At the same time according to § 83 para 1 of the above resolution, the Executive Board of Apator SA states that it will not publish longer the distinct separate quarterly reports and it will publish extended consolidated quarterly reports with separate financial statement of Apator SA included.Further to the above deadlines for periodical reports, the Executive Board of Apator SA announces about the following closed periods in 2011:

- 9th February 2011- 24th February 2011 (till the moment of publication of periodical report) – closed period due to publication of the quarterly report for fourth quarter of 2010

- 27th February 2011 – 29th April 2011 (till the moment of publication of periodical report) – closed period due to publication of annual reports for financial year 2010 (separate and consolidated one)

- 30th April 2011- 16th May 2011 (till the moment of publication of periodical report) – closed period due to publication of quarterly report for the first quarter of 2011)

- 30th July 2011- 31st August 2011 – (till the moment of publication of periodical reports) –closed period due to publication of semi-annual reports for the first half of 2011 (separate and consolidated one)

-31st October 2011 – 15th November 2011- (till the moment of publication of periodical report) – closed period due to publication of quarterly report for the third quarter of 2011 (separate and consolidated one)

According to art. 159 concerning the art.156 of the Act on turnover of financial instruments in the above periods, the persons having the access to confidential information due to their positions in the bodies of Apator SA, having got the shares, having the access to confidential information due to the employment, performance of the job, having got the legal relation to work or other legal relation of similar character are not allowed to acquire or sell the shares of Apator SA on the own account or the third person account. The prohibition regards also possible regulations related to the shares of the issuer or instruments concerned, proceeding any legal actions on own account or third person account causing or may cause the management of such financial instruments.
