With reference to the current report no. 1/2018, the Management Board of Apator S.A. informs that 
The Supervisory Board of Apator SA decided that from 4 January 2018, the Management Board will operative in the following one-man composition: Mirosław Klepacki – The President of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer.

The duties of the Chief Financial Officer will be performed by the Chief Accountant Apator S.A. - Mrs. Małgorzata Mazurek, whose Management Board also granted proxy at the same time.

Mrs. Małgorzata Mazurek has previously held the position of the Director of the Accountancy and Tax Department of group Apator. She worked closely with late Mr. Piotr Nowak.

Mr Piotr Nowak, thanks to his high competences and many years of experience, has integrated the finance area and implemented modern and effective management mechanisms in the capital group Apator.
