The Management Board of Apator SA declares the payment of the dividend from the profits for the trading year 2017, amounting to the overall value of PLN 39,7 m, that is PLN 1,20 gross per share.

What was paid for the sake of the dividend from the profits for 2017 was an advance paid in December 2017 and amounting to PLN 0,35 gross per 1 share.

The remaining declared amount of the dividend, amounting to PLN 0,85 gross per 1 share, will be paid upon its being approved by the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Apator SA, which will take place 28 May 2018.
