Management Board of Apator SA („the Issuer”) announces that on 9th December 2015 Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA exempted from civil law surety to the amount of PLN 100 m granted by subsidiary - Apator Powogaz SA. Surety hedged the loan taken in 2014 by the Issuer for the purchase of Apator Elkomtech SA.

The base for the exemption is the fulfilment by the Issuer the condition (covenant) indicated in the loan contract.
The Issuer announced about the loan taken and surety granted in current reports nos. 17/2014 and 18/2014.

Legal basis:
art. 56 para 5 of the act dated 29th July 2005 on public bid and conditions of introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system and public companies
§ 5 point 3 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
