The Management Board of Apator S.A. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Issuer’) informs about its intention to grant to its subsidiary Apator Rector sp. z o.o. a borrowing amounting to PLN 30 mln until 30th November 2017, in order to reduce the latter’s external debt. 

The financial means dedicated to granting the said borrowing will be derived from the credit line made available to the Issuer due to the Multi-product Contract concluded with ING Bank Śląski S.A. on 22.06.2016, the contract being referred to by the Issuer in the current report no 23/2016 _"Contract"_. 

The borrowing obtained by Apator Rector sp. z o.o. will be dedicated to repay the credit line taken advantage of by this company, with this credit line being operative within the same Contract.
Due to the above, the amount of debt within Apator group will not change.

The Issuer will inform about the granting of the borrowing with a separate current report.
