The Management Board of Apator SA announces that the following shareholders were holding at least  5% of votes at Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA held on 13th June 2016: 

1. Mariusz Lewicki was holding at Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting 2.054.000 shares entitling to exercise the voting right of 5.548.007 votes being 17,08% of all votes at the meeting that are 9,96% of total votes.

2. Tadeusz Sosgórnik was holding at Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting 993.102 shares entitling to exercise the voting right of 3.972.408 votes being 12,23% of all votes at the meeting that are 7,13% of total votes.

3. Danuta Guzowska was holding at Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting  954.214 shares entitling to exercise the voting right of 3.816.856 votes being 11,75% of all votes at the meeting that are 6,85% of total votes.

4. Zbigniew Jaworski was holding at Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting 1.354.610 shares entitling to exercise the voting right of 3.637.154 votes being 11,19% of all votes at the meeting that are 6,53% of total votes.

5. Janusz Marzygliński was holding at Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting 1.034.704 shares entitling to exercise the voting right of 3.488.980 votes being 10,74% of all votes at the meeting that are 6,26% of total votes.
