The Management Board of Apator SA announces that on 29th October 2015 Apator SA was advised about the winning of unlimited tender invited by Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. for the supply of static, direct single phase and three phase electricity meters. The net value of the project is PLN 38.5 m and performance of the supplies is expected until December 2016.

The participants of the tender have the right to make an appeal against the results of the tender within 10 days of selection day of the most favourable offer. The conclusion of the contract is expected after possible appeal proceedings are completed.
