In relation to current report no 63/2020, the Executive Board of Apator SA announces that 14.300 bearer shares acquired by the Company under the programme of buyout of own shares adopted at the General Shareholders Meeting on 2nd July 2020 will not participate in the advance payment towards expected dividend from the profit in 2020.

Accordingly, 32,792,028 series A registered shares and series A, B and C bearer shares are entitled to an advance payment on account of the expected dividend from the profit for the 2020 financial year. The total amount of the advance will be PLN 14,756,412.60 (PLN 0.45 gross per share).

The advance payment will be made on 31 December 2020.
