The Management Board of Apator S.A. announces that on 31st July 2017 the Company received the decision of the District Court- VII Commercial Division of National Court Register in Toruń dated 20th July 2017. (file number: TO.VII NS-REJ.KRS/008656/17/207) and based on it the registration of amendments was made in the Statutes of Apator S.A.

Pursuant to the above mentioned decision, the court made the registration of the amendments to the content of the Statutes of the Company based on the Resolution no. 16/VI/2017 of Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator S.A. dated 12th June 2017. The list of amendments was announced in current report no. 22/2017 on 12th June 2017.

Legal basis: §38 para 1 point 2 lit. b. in relation with § 100 para 4 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance on current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.
