The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on the 14th June 2011 it received from the member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA the information about the sale by him in total 30.000 bearer shares of Apator SA. The sale took place on 13th -14th June 2011.The average sales price was 19,17 PLN per share.
