The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 3rd February 2014 it received the notification of winning of unlimited tender organized by PGE Dystybucja SA. The subject of the tender was selection of the supplier of electricity metering equipment for the Branch Offices of PGE Dystrybucja S.A.

The net value of the project is 20,2 m PLN and deliveries are scheduled for 2014 -2015.

The participants in the tender have the right to make appeal against the verdict of the tender within 10 days since the best offer has been selected. The conclusion of the contract is anticipated after possible appeal proceedings are concluded.
