The Managing Board of Apator S.A. informs that on 22nd  June 2018 it received the information  that the offer of Apator Metrix SA, its dependent company was selected as the most favourable  in six tasks being a part of tender for the delivery of bellows gas meters for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. Ltd Co.

The value of the offer amounts to  26,8 million PLN, and the implementation of deliveries shall take place within 19 months from the day of concluding the contract. 

The conditions of the tender foresee the right of option consisting in the possibility to increase the order by maximum 40%. With reference to the above, possible maximum value of the contract amounts to 37,5 million PLN.

The participants of the tender proceedings have the right to submit appeal from the tender results.  Conclusion of the contract is foreseen after the completion of possible appeal proceedings and the Managing Board shall inform on such conclusion by a separate current report.
