The Executive Board of Apator S.A. announces that the offer of Consortium of companies: GRIFFIN GROUP S.A. ENERGY Sp. k. (leader) with headquarters in Warsaw and Apator S.A. (member) with headquarters in Toruń was selected as the most favourable one in the proceedings "The supply of static remote reading meters with PLC communication module in "OSGP" standard together with installation service, storage and cleanup works in the area of Smart City Wrocław in TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Wrocław".

Static remote reading (VOC) meters will be provided by two manufacturers in equal proportions.

Value of Consortium offer is PLN 189.8 million (without right of option), including remuneration for Apator S.A. for the performance of 1-phase and 3-phase electricity meters operating in PLC technology is estimated for 18-20% of value of Consortium offer.

The conditions of the tender provide for the option right consisting in the possibility to increase the order that can additionally increase the value of remuneration for Apator S.A. by the estimated value at the level of 16-18% in relation to the value of remuneration of the basic order for Apator S.A.

The subject matter of the tender is planned to be implemented by May 2025.

Apator S.A. will inform about making the decision concerning the conclusion of the contract or withdrawal from it in separate announcement.
