The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on the 18th July 2012 Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK SA informed Apator SA about the exceeding by Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK ("Aviva OFE") the threshold of 5% votes in Apator SA. The exceeding was the result of reduction of share capital of Apator SA.

Aviva OFE is in possession of 2.905.628 shares of Apator SA that entitle to 2.905.628 votes at General Shareholders Meeting.

The share of Aviva OFE in share capital of Apator SA, before its reduction was 8,28%, but the share in total number of votes was 7%.

Currently, the share of Aviva OFE in share capital is 8,78% and in total number of votes is 5,15%.

In result of reduction of share capital the structure of important shareholders of Apator SA has been changed. The list of important shareholders is the enclosure to hereby report.
