The Management Board of Apator SA announces that on 20th November 2015 the transaction in registered shares of Apator SA between two Members of the Supervisory Board took place, in result of it, 10.000 shares changed the owner. The share price was PLN 36,50. Registered shares are preferred ones to voting in relation 1:4.

The Company received the notification from the Members of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA that they had not agreed to make public their personal data. It was based on § 3 para 2 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding the transfer of information and making it available on some transactions of financial instruments and the rules of making the list of persons having got the access to determined confidential information date 15th November 2005.
