Acting based on art. 56 para 5 of the act of public offering, Executive Board of Apator SA announces that PGE has made use of option right for the supply of electricity meters of total value PLN 29 m.

Further to the above, based on the contract dated 24th March 2014 and the make use of the option right by PGE, total value of supplies in 2014-2015 will be PLN 59 m.

The above information is the updating of current report no. 19/2014 "Conclusion of contracts with PGE Dystrybucja SA” dated 25th March 2014.

Legal basis: § 5 para 1 point 3 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information  required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
