Acting based on art. 56 para. 5 of the act of public offering, Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 17th September 2014 Apator S.A. and WorldIT Systems Spółka z o.o. („WorldIT”) signed annex to the contract of design and supply of electricity metres pursuant to OSGP technology in accordance with the requirements of UZZ/107/PO/2013 - "Smart City Wrocław" project dated 30th May 2014.(„Contract”).

Pursuant to the annex, the estimated amount of the contract was increased from PLN 24,3 m to PLN 28,4m.

In current report no. 26/2014 Executive Board of Apator SA announced that the contract with WorldIT would come into force if two conditions have been satisfied. The satisfaction of the conditions will be the subject of separate current report.
