The Executive Board of Apator SA acting based on art. 56 para. 5 of the Act on public offer, announces that Apator SA has prolonged till 9th September 2014 the validity period of the contract concluded with Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA. concerning the granting of bank guarantees to the amount of 20 m PLN. The above information is the updating of current report no 48/2012 "Significant bank loan contract and bank guarantees contract concluded” dated 20th September 2012.
