Acting based on art. 56 para 5 of the act of public offering, Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 4th September 2014, Apator SA and Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA („Bank”) signed the annex to the contract of overdraft dated 27th May 2004. („Contract”). The annex regards:

- extension of the validity period of the Contract till 10th August 2016,
- change of the amount of margin of the Bank

Other financial conditions remained unchanged.
