The Executive Board of Apator SA verifies the forecast of consolidated financial results for 2011 assuming:- consolidated revenues on sales in total: 480 m PLN,- consolidated net profit: 51m PLN – 55 m PLN in the following manner: - consolidated revenues on sales in total: 538 m PLN,- consolidated net profit: 51,5 m PLN.

Legal base for the report: § 5 para 2 and 4 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions of the information to be considered as equivalent one required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.
