It contains full information on all customers and the place of their connection to the network, and also makes it possible to generate the Power Delivery Point (PDP) number, both for billing and non-billing purposes (e.g. balancing). The module provides detailed operating data on maintenance work, total shutdown time and a summary of planned and emergency shutdowns.

The Customer Connection Module is a comprehensive and innovative solution, supporting business processes in the field of power grid connection and grid reconstruction. This system module supports the process of connecting new customers to the network, from the moment they submit their application to the connection of their meter to the registration of the new facility in the database and the settlement of the connection process. The advantage of this solution is that all acceptance data and information related to a specific order is stored in one place. The solution enables easy access to compatible modules, i.e. the PDP information management module, as well as the investment project management module. Thanks to this, all information on detailed technical parameters and relevant data relating to the connection project currently underway is easily accessible.

The Grid Failure Handling module (OAS) primarily supports the work of Dispatchers, providing the possibility of a quick user response to the occurring notification and transparently presents the current and actual status of work on the grid in terms of events, such as failure and complaint handling. The tool is closely linked to the map and to the recorded power data..

Outages is a module that supports the planning of works that require shutting down customers or using alternative routes to supply customers during works on the grid. The module quickly enables efficient outage planning, approval and further execution of outages in connection with an external SCADA system. A great benefit is the reliable recording of outage times with the number of consumers and the corresponding outage status, which then has an impact on data reporting, energy calculations and the precise display of SAIDI/SAIFI power reliability indicators.

The Device Management module, such as HV, MV/MV, MV/LV transformers and HV circuit breakers, enables the management of the life cycle of key devices for the operation of a distribution grid operator. This enables access to the full operating history and monitoring of the status of individual groups of devices, which influences the creation of management policies for grid elements. The module is individually adapted to each organisational structure of the company, in particular with regard to granting data access rights to users for individual organisational units. Therefore, the possibility of granting rights to read and modify data for individual units/users is provided.

An advanced data logging tool enables the evaluation of device reserves and the planning of purchases or inter-stock movements to ensure the continuity of operational tasks. Quick access to current and past information on the status of the customer's metering system enables automatic identification and planning of the necessary operational works to be carried out. Thanks to the integration of Meter Management with the module for order management, billing systems and remote meter reading, the module provides a complete solution in the scope of metering equipment billing records.

The ZET mobile application running on Android enables the user to describe the course and outcome of the execution of a technical customer service order. Orders are downloaded to the mobile application online - via the GSM network or by connecting the mobile device to a computer connected to the Distribution Information System network. The ZET mobile application enables a quick description of the activities performed by the team on the customer's metering system or grid infrastructure on the basis of a previously prepared order. The user interface has been adapted for effective work in the field. Key interface elements have been enlarged to optimal size and gesture support has been implemented.

SID DOCUMENTS
SID Documents is a tool supporting the uniform management of documents collected in the system's various domain modules. SID Documents mediates the communication of other modules with the document repository, which is located in an external system. The modules communicate with the external system to download, modify and register new documents.

Documents stored in the repository are classified and described by metadata sets, which makes it possible to quickly retrieve them based on uniform mechanisms. Each new document is associated with the selected domain module and can be modified multiple times after its creation. A new version is created upon each change to the document; such a new version can also be deleted. Access to documents is provided based on user permissions and is managed through the Active Directory mechanism, which is a common tool for defining resources and permissions for the various systems available to users.

ADMINISTRATION PANEL – ADM
The Administration Panel is used to manage and configure the system as regards user accounts and their permissions, dictionaries, catalogues and directories, as well as object templates, and other functions within all system modules.
