Apator Powogaz receives the Gold Medal in the Polish Quality Award competition
The 26th edition of the Polish Quality Award proved to be a great success for Apator Powogaz. The company won the Gold Medal in this prestigious competition, which represents the highest form of recognition for quality in Poland.
The winners of the Polish Quality Award® 2023 received hand-forged medals and statuettes, which, as Marcin Kałużny, the Award’s secretary, said, 'were forged in the same way that quality is forged every day within companies'.
The criteria for awarding the prizes are very ambitious and rigorous. Companies undergo a seven-stage assessment process evaluating the quality management model implemented within the organisation, as well as the practical application of the highest quality standards in their operations. The additional distinction of Outstanding Quality Manager was awarded to Phillip Stepnakowski, Quality Department Manager at Apator Powogaz.
Our solutions support key processes related to the local production, distribution, storage and management of energy, water and gas. During the event, we also shared implementation examples, including the Bioenergy Cluster project in Słupsk and an innovative IoT project in the Norwegian municipality of Asker.
