The MODULINE palletising system is available in three versions, depending on the customer’s requirements:
- MODULINE pro automatic palletising
- MODULINE semi semi-automatic palletising
- MODULINE semi cobot palletising
- Capability to palletise products of various sizes and for different purposes
- Products are arranged in a stable stack thanks to the use of interlayer spacers
- No downtime and high process repeatability
- Modular design, allowing the machine to be configured and expanded according to customer requirements
- Ability to configure the process and extend it with additional functions, including: marking, wrapping, binding and labelling
- Robotic systems, based on robots capable of operating several lines simultaneously
MODULINE semi semi-automatic palletising
MODULINE semi is a compact, semi-automatic palletiser equipped with laser barriers, allowing the operator to remove full pallets without having to stop the robot. This innovative approach ensures that our customers’ production lines maintain the required level of productivity, whilst operating continuously 24 hours a day.
The MODULINE semi-cobot is a modern, versatile palletising station built on a mobile, compact support platform that can be relocated to any location. Operator safety is ensured by a collaborative robot (cobot) mounted in the centre of the machine. This solution is ideal for applications requiring the palletising of products at a relatively low throughput.
Our robotics and automation team:
- Will commission and test the solution being implemented
- Install the line at the customer’s premises and integrate it with existing systems
- Will train the client’s team on how to use the system and assist with process integration
Automated machines and production lines are becoming an increasingly common sight. The Robotisation and Automation Department of the Apator Group has implemented state-of-the-art solutions at its main production centres: in Ostaszewo, Tczew and at its newest factory in Jaryszki, near Poznań.
