Management Policy
The high quality and advanced features of our products have been our priority for over 90 years. We have earned our customers’ trust by constantly seeking new solutions. To ensure that innovative ideas go hand in hand with high quality, in 1995 we decided to overhaul our existing quality control system and align it with international ISO 9000 standards. The Quality Assurance System, implemented and certified in 1996, became a model of conduct for our staff. Quality control ensures the highest standard of service. Understanding our customers’ needs has become a particularly important element of our operations.
Convinced that only the comprehensive regulation of all company processes allows for effective monitoring and continuous improvement, we implemented an Integrated Management System in January 1999. This system comprises three interlinked and complementary subsystems: quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management.
We hold an Integrated Management System certificate issued by PRS, confirming compliance with the requirements of the following standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
We carry out conformity assessment procedures based on Modules B and D.
