Application
Vertical fuse rails, fitted with fuse links, are used to protect electrical circuits against the effects of overloads and short circuits, and are designed for connecting loads in three-phase circuits. They are designed for installation on busbars as three-phase vertical units, thereby achieving significant space savings in the switchgear compared to classic fuse bases installed on panels. The design takes into account all technical parameters meeting the standards (PN-EN 60269-1, PN-EN 60269-2) and the growing demands of the market.
Installation on a 185mm busbar system
Base width 50 mm
Possible cable connections: bridge terminal, M8 screw terminal and V-clamp – cable connection up to 120mm²
Made of thermoplastic polyamide with a halogen-free flame retardant, reinforced with glass fibre
Thermosetting base made of halogen-free, self-extinguishing polyester, reinforced with glass fibre, with V0 flammability class
Operating conditions
Environments free from dust, corrosive or explosive gases
Ambient temperature from -25°C to +55°C – when using bases at temperatures between +41°C and +45°C, theIth current value must be reducedby 5%, and in the temperature range from +46°C to +55°C, theIth current value must be reduced by 10%
At altitudes up to 2000 m above sea level
Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40°C
Outdoors – in enclosures with a degree of protection > IP34
