In a survey*, we asked our stakeholders about their perception of the effectiveness of our sustainability initiatives. This feedback will enable our organisation to improve in areas where there is room for improvement.

Our manufacturing companies have implemented quality management systems. They carry out multi-stage quality control covering components and finished products. 100% of products are tested for quality and user safety. Products are certified for compliance with industry directives and guidelines.
ensuring business partners’ data security	In order to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the law, Apator SA (the Data Controller) has introduced a Personal Data Protection Policy, which applies to all persons employed by Apator SA or authorised to process data on behalf of the company. Companies within the Group have introduced their own analogous regulations/policies regarding the protection of personal data.
job security and stability	We create a stable workplace. We employ our staff mainly on the basis of employment contracts (3.7% of employees are on B2B contracts). During the execution of major orders, we are supported by temporary staff, who in some companies account for approximately 20% of the team.
implementation and improvement of the highest health and safety standards, and measures to minimise workplace accidents and occupational illnesses	We strictly comply with health and safety legislation and also carry out projects aimed at raising staff awareness of health and safety, prevention and occupational hygiene.
manufacturing and supplying digitally secure products to the market	Aware of digital threats, we monitor risks and implement solutions in our products to protect against cyberattacks. We are working on product certification in this area. We have implemented an Information Security Management System and ISO 27001, a Personal Data Protection Policy and ICT security guidelines in our largest companies. Educational activities are conducted and security indicators are monitored. We are actively engaged in educating the market in this area.

Nor are these areas significant in terms of ecosystem services, as they are urbanised – and thus significantly altered by human activity.
monitoring our carbon footprint and striving to reduce it in our operations and products	We have implemented a carbon footprint calculation methodology based on the GHG Protocol, we calculate the carbon footprint for Scopes 1, 2 and 3, and we are taking steps to reduce it (link to the 2024 ESG report)
educational activities on environmental and climate issues	The Apator Group companies focus their educational activities on promoting energy efficiency and the rational management of utilities, water, assets and infrastructure, which is linked to the objectives of the business strategy (e.g. ‘Education with Energy’, ‘Ask an Expert’, the Apator Academy). We promote issues relating to the cybersecurity of critical infrastructure, technological sovereignty and local content.
implementation of climate policy	We have not implemented a separate climate policy; however, these issues have been partially addressed in our environmental policies. By 2026, we plan to develop a decarbonisation plan for our operations and gradually implement its objectives.

* The survey involved 204 respondents (37.4% of the sample) representing key customers and suppliers, technological and social partners, financial institutions and investors, as well as employees of the Apator Group. The survey was conducted in collaboration with a team from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń between March and May 2024. The survey report is an internal document of the Company.
