The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Fabryka Aparatury Pomiarowej „PAFAL” S.A. in liquidation, with its registered office in Świdnica, by Resolution No. 2/X/2025 of 29 October 2025, resolved to dissolve the company and place it in liquidation. The commencement of the Company’s liquidation was entered in the National Court Register on 6 November 2025.

The Company, by notices published in Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy on 19 November 2025 and 18 December 2025, called upon creditors to lodge their claims. The deadline for lodging claims is 6 months from the date of publication. Claims should be sent to the Company’s registered office at:

The company is currently conducting business activities to the extent necessary to conclude ongoing matters, recover debts, fulfil obligations and realise the company’s assets (liquidation activities).
