Installation, replacements and repairs
Ensure the technical soundness and operational compatibility of the energy infrastructure
What are the benefits of entrusting us with the installation, replacements and repairs of infrastructure components?
We fully understand our customers’ needs, which is why we take a bespoke approach to maintenance and servicing work, taking full account of technical requirements and applicable legislation. All work is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, including the Regulation on detailed rules for the operation of electrical equipment, installations and networks. This includes, amongst other things, the obligation to ensure that equipment is in such a technical condition as to guarantee effective protection against electric shock and the reliability of energy supply. By choosing our services, you receive:
carrying out the full range of operational tasks required by the regulations of the Energy Regulatory Office
installation and repairs of components such as: IZK connectors in poles, fuse boards, terminals, busbars, light fittings and cables
cleaning contacts, bridging wires, replacing fuses and other components of the electrical system
work to restore the effectiveness of the electric shock protection at points where the test results were negative
follow-up measurements to confirm effectiveness after repairs have been carried out
a complete photographic record of all work carried out
recording geographical coordinates and descriptions of repairs in our proprietary mobile app
the ability to transfer a complete set of data to GIS systems, including GISMO, enabling real-time Asset Management
accurate as-built reports, in accordance with the Client’s acceptance requirements.

The installation, replacements and repairs of electrical power equipment are a key part of infrastructure maintenance – particularly where measurement results have indicated that protection systems are ineffective, or where damage or incorrect technical parameters have been identified.
In accordance with the operational regulations of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) and the principle of ensuring the continuous technical fitness of equipment, we carry out work to restore installations to their correct condition: from servicing IZK connectors, through the replacement of fuse boards, to the reconstruction of connections and the rectification of faults identified in measurement reports.
After each repair, we carry out further measurements to confirm the effectiveness of the work and compliance with safety requirements.
As part of these services, we carry out the following tasks, amongst others:
- installation and replacement of IZK connectors in poles,
- cleaning of contacts, restoration of connections, bridging of cables,
- replacement of fuses and fuse boards,
- replacement of damaged lighting system components,
- restoring continuity of protective and live conductors,
- repair work at points with negative test results,
- carrying out follow-up measurements after repairs.
As part of the work, we also provide: full photographic documentation of each pole and pole cavity, classification of repairs and results, updating of attributes in the mobile app and/or the GISMO system, and securing of pole cavities – in accordance with operational requirements and the Client’s established documentation standard. We adapt documentation sources and visual elements to the requirements specified in the acceptance procedure, including ‘before and after’ documentation and a photograph of the measurement result following repairs.
How does the process of installation, replacements and repairs work?
First, we determine the scope of work based on measurement reports, visual inspections and operational regulations. We then carry out installation and repair work – for each pole individually – documenting it in our proprietary mobile app. In the next step, we perform post-installation measurements and classify the technical condition of the site.
We submit the completed work for acceptance, providing a complete set of documents in accordance with the Client’s acceptance procedure: a list of sites, an overview map, photographic documentation, measurement reports, and the necessary certificates and waste disposal records.
All data is available in the system in real time – including the ability to view photos, check work progress and download XLSX reports.
