mobiPLANER helps dispatchers draw up schedules by visualising the allocation of jobs in a timeline calendar view for each employee carrying out the work. The view provides customisable information on the hours an employee works, when they are on call, and when they are on leave. Changing the allocation of orders between employees is done via an intuitive drag-and-drop operation. The calendar is equipped with filters that allow you to narrow down the view of orders by task type, deadline, location, assignees, and completion status.
mobiPLANER allows for the automatic scheduling of orders based on data from the system regarding the feasibility of carrying out available work in a given area, taking into account team availability, reference times, order priorities, order deadlines and route optimisation. The system features a unique Solver engine that automatically assigns deadlines and resources to orders. The system ensures that orders are assigned to field staff and that completion dates are scheduled, taking into account priorities, deadlines, reference times for order types, the locations of order sites, travel routes and the location of the staff base, thereby ensuring an optimised order execution plan.
mobiPLANER supports dispatchers in setting schedules via a register view of all orders in the system. The register allows filtering by order parameters, user-defined filters for the most frequently used criteria, exporting data to an Excel file, or saving a favourite grid layout.
mobiPLANER displays on a map the locations where orders are being carried out, along with the current positions of staff as indicated by the GPS on their mobile devices. With just a few clicks, you can assign the nearest foreman to an order and send the order to their mobile device.
mobiPLANER enables orders to be processed via a mobile app that supports both online and offline operation. If the mobile device is connected to the network, data regarding the execution of the order is transmitted to the Dispatcher’s web server in real time. The app contains the orders that the Dispatcher has assigned to the Employee for execution in the field. Using graphical icons, the Employee can easily see the status of their orders.
