Take advantage of a professional visual inspection of the technical condition of electrical installations
Ensure user safety and the reliability of the energy infrastructure
Technical inspections of electrical equipment and installations are a mandatory part of their operation in accordance with the regulations. The Regulation on detailed rules for the operation of electrical equipment, installations and networks stipulates that inspections must be carried out at least every five years.
Our inspections include both a visual assessment and basic operational measurements, analyses of documentation, and an assessment of operational safety.
Thanks to our many years of experience in the power and automation sectors, we ensure full compliance with formal requirements and a reliable assessment of the technical condition of the facility.
As part of this service, we carry out the following, amongst other things:
Assessment of the condition of poles, luminaires, brackets and other street lighting components.
Assessment of the condition of enclosures, switchgears, cabinets and their equipment; verification of the completeness and validity of documentation; classification of the inspection result: positive, warning or negative.
What does the classification of inspection results mean?
POSITIVE result
This means that the electrical installation is fit for continued, safe operation, and that any deviations found – if any – do not affect safety.
Recommended actions: continue normal operation, implement minor operational recommendations.
WARNING result
Irregularities have been identified which may deteriorate the technical condition or safety in the future, but do not require immediate shutdown of the equipment.
Recommended actions: plan corrective measures or upgrades, increase the frequency of on-site inspections, rectify faults within a specified timeframe.
Result: FAIL
Damage or malfunctions have been identified which pose a risk to people or may cause a breakdown, fire or electric shock.
Recommended actions: immediate rectification of faults; in extreme cases, take the equipment out of service until the hazard has been eliminated; return the equipment to service only after its safe technical condition has been confirmed.
How does the inspection process work?
We usually carry it out in several steps:
First, we receive a request, determine the scope required by regulations, and then carry out an inspection at the site – assessing equipment, installations and the working environment. In the next step, we classify the technical condition and draw up a detailed report. We provide operational and repair recommendations and update technical documentation where required.
You can count on the support of our specialists throughout the process. We carry out all work using our proprietary Mobile/Web application.
