How we recruit
We review all applications, assessing not only your experience but also your potential, skills and how well you would fit into our organisation’s culture. We invite those whose profile best matches the team’s current needs to an interview.
We will contact you to arrange a convenient time for a meeting – either online or in person. Your potential line manager will be present during the conversation, so you can get to know the team and how we work right away. It’s a relaxed setting where both sides can ask questions and discuss mutual expectations.
Depending on the role, you may be given a short task, a case study or an invitation to a further technical interview. The aim is to assess how you approach real-world challenges – in a transparent manner and without pressure.
Once the process is complete, we provide feedback on our decision to everyone who took part in the recruitment interview. We make an offer to the successful candidate and work together to take the next steps towards starting cooperation.
