Electronic operations log

windEX PLAN

WindEX PLAN is used to plan maintenance work and outages on equipment within the high-voltage, medium-voltage and low-voltage power systems. The application is designed for staff at distribution companies, including dispatch centres overseeing the facilities to be taken offline, and for operations teams responsible for preparing and carrying out the work.

windEX AWAR

WindEX AWAR is used to process information on incidents in the electricity network monitored by the WindEX system. It covers planned and unplanned incidents in the HV, MV and LV networks that have resulted in power cuts for customers, as well as faults and damage that have not caused power cuts. The application is intended for power dispatch and network operations staff at distribution companies who monitor power supply outages and failure rates.

windEX Central Control Unit

AWAR CENTRAL calculates and displays centralised SAIDI, SAIFI/MAIFI and CAIDI indicators. It also calculates customer-hours and customer-minutes, as well as the number of customer outages. The indicators are calculated based on outage data automatically retrieved from branches. The OMS systems for managing power supply outages at the head office and in individual branches may be from different suppliers. The programme is intended for departments responsible for conducting analyses of data on network events at head office level. Data on network events is entered into local applications (e.g. windEX AWAR, which automatically records network events), without the need for additional data entry in the AWAR CENTRALNY application.
