Distribution system operators (DSOs) in Poland

LEWsystem is fully compatible with the national billing model and can be integrated with existing DSO billing systems. Integrating these systems enables the operator to automate the process and generate prepayment codes for end users immediately after they have made their payment.

Local infrastructure managers and developers (foreign markets)

In international markets, LEWsystem operates via a local installation on the client’s server (e.g. that of an infrastructure or housing estate management company). This configuration gives the manager complete autonomy and the ability to generate prepayment codes directly for their customers.

When developing LEWsystem, we opted for an architecture based on independent, interoperable modules. This approach allows operators to easily expand the infrastructure without affecting its core components.

We have divided the system into two main groups. The commercial modules (LEW-Internet, LEW-Terminal, LEW-Generator) allow customers to purchase energy in a variety of ways, including online, in shops (at VIA network outlets) or in person at the energy supplier’s customer service office. The second group consists of service modules (LEW-GSMserwis), which support remote technical maintenance of meters, including key verification processes.
