Distribution Network Operators

During technical training, DSO staff acquire the skills necessary for the correct parameterization, device configuration and parameterization, as well as diagnostics and maintenance of equipment, which directly translates into shorter fault resolution times and lower operating costs. Participants learn about the latest technical solutions and working procedures, enabling them to effectively prevent failures, maintain a high level of infrastructure reliability and raise safety standards in their day-to-day work

Companies providing equipment configuration and commissioning services

During the training, the teams responsible for commissioning installations and preparing equipment for operation gain detailed knowledge of the hardware aspects of our solutions. Participants learn about the design of the devices, the types of modules, and the principles of correct installation and cabling. We focus on interface configuration, parameterisation of inputs and outputs, addressing, and preparing devices for operation in demanding site conditions.
Thanks to practical methods for testing, verifying signals and diagnosing common hardware faults, implementation companies can carry out commissioning work more quickly and safely, putting installations into operation that run stably and in accordance with technical specifications.

Installation and construction teams

Staff responsible for installing equipment learn how to connect modules correctly, how to route signals, the principles of interference protection, and how to prepare the installation for its initial commissioning. These training sessions improve the quality of the work carried out and reduce the risk of failures caused by installation errors.

Maintenance engineers

Participants learn how to diagnose equipment faults, perform analyses of signals, interpret operating conditions and carry out basic maintenance tasks. This enables them to respond more quickly to faults and reduces system downtime.

szkolenia techniczne 2

You will gain practical skills in the installation, configuration and diagnostics of equipment

Technical training courses focus on the hardware side of our solutions: installation, configuration, parameterisation and pre-commissioning tests. Participants learn about the design of the equipment, how individual modules work and the installation requirements. They work directly with the equipment, learning the inspection and testing procedures necessary to properly prepare the installation for operation.

During the training, we cover, amongst other things:

  • installation and cabling of devices in accordance with technical requirements,

  • types of modules and how to connect them correctly,

  • configuration of inputs and outputs and communication addressing,

  • testing the operation of signals and interfaces prior to commissioning,

  • analyses of device operating parameters and hardware fault diagnosis,

  • start-up procedures and methods for verifying correct operation,

  • basic maintenance tasks carried out on site.

The training is delivered in a workshop format, enabling participants to gain confidence in working with the equipment and to carry out installation and commissioning tasks safely and efficiently.

Duration

Product training courses last from one to several days, depending on the scope and the expected level of proficiency. The detailed programme, the list of features covered and the selection of devices demonstrated during the sessions are agreed individually with each client. We tailor the training to the extent to which the equipment is used in a given installation and to the team’s experience, ensuring that participants receive only practical knowledge relevant to their work. This approach allows us to design the training to be as effective and useful as possible — we focus on issues that genuinely support day-to-day operations, planning and development on the client’s side.
