The repair time depends on the complexity of the fault and the availability of spare parts. To accurately determine the scope of work, the cost and the completion date, we need to carry out a diagnostic check on the device at our service centre. Once this has been completed, we will provide you with a detailed quote. In some cases, we can provide a preliminary estimate of the time required for repairs over the phone, but this requires a detailed description of the problem and the exact model of the device.
We have a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment of various power ratings in stock. We don’t always have the original part in stock, but we’ll always help you find a suitable replacement. In such cases, we also offer commissioning support.
