Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Apator S.A. held on 18 October 2021
On 18 October 2021, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Apator SA approved the merger of Apator SA and Apator Elkomtech SA by transferring all the assets of Apator Elkomtech SA to Apator SA.
From 1 January 2022, Apator Elkomtech, together with its branches, will become part of Apator SA.
Apator Elkomtech specialises in the manufacture of SCADA-class control and supervison systems and specialist equipment supporting the management of the power grid. The company currently comprises the combined resources of Łódź-based Elkomtech, Toruń-based Apator Control (which was incorporated into Elkomtech in 2019) and the Atrem team, which joined the company in 2020, thereby expanding its expertise and product range in the field of equipment and software for the gas sector.
The incorporation of Apator Elkomtech into Apator SA represents the next stage in the consolidation of the Electricity segment as planned in the Apator Group’s business strategy. This move will enable the development of comprehensive solutions for the market (hardware + software) and allow the Group to fully capitalise on new market opportunities in the areas of RES and energy efficiency.
An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Apator SA has been convened for 18 October 2021 at 11.00 am at the Filmar Hotel in Toruń (ul. Grudziądzka 39-43, Conference Centre).
