Find out what the SSC 2 system has to offer
The SSC 2 is a component of a power station monitoring system designed to display signalling and alarm information directly at the power station. In response to changes in the binary signals from the alarm outputs, the device can provide visual and audible alerts regarding an event, as well as control the contacts of an alarm relay. The SSC 2 is fully configurable and also features a combinational logic and arithmetic module. Among the available functions are timing circuits that allow for the creation of time-dependent relationships, as well as the generation, filtering and delaying of pulses. The SSC 2 also features a sequential logic module, which allows the creation of programmable sequences consisting of successive steps dependent on logical conditions. The SSC 2 module can also be fitted with an additional control panel featuring buttons and change-over switches I-0-II for testing and resetting visual and audible signals. The SSC 2 device allows the transmission of internal states, inputs and outputs via a communication channel (including via an external modem, e.g. GSM). This enables the SSC 2 system to be split into two components: data acquisition and data presentation.
