High quality and features of our products have been our priority for over 90 years. We have earned our customers’ trust by constantly seeking new solutions. To ensure that innovative ideas go hand in hand with high quality, we decided back in 1995 to overhaul our existing quality control system and bring it into line with the international ISO 9000 standards. Quality Assurance System became a model of conduct for our staff. Quality control ensures the highest standard of services provided. Understanding
the customer’s needs has become a particularly important element of our operations.
Based on the conviction that only comprehensive regulation of all processes within the company allows for effective monitoring and continuous improvement of operations, in January 1999 we implemented an Integrated Management System. This system comprises three interlinked and mutually complementary subsystems: quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety management.
We hold an Integrated Management System certificate issued by PRS, confirming compliance with the requirements of the following standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
We carry out the conformity assessment procedure based on modules B and D.
